I found this coaching method quite rich, as it was based on the Tree of Life which is a very powerful tool derived from narrative practices. From the very first session we started formulating concrete objectives. I was attracted by the visual and written dimension of the approach which corresponds to my mode of integration and appropriation. I also found the sequential approach strong with its successive steps that make sense when they are all put together. I liked the introspective phase, doing the exercise on my own first, to see what came naturally and, conversely, the grey areas as well.
